This is an online peer support group for Trans and Queer parents navigating mental health challenges in their postpartum period. Group support is available to anyone with a baby 18 months and younger. Phone support is available to anyone with children under three.

We believe in tea breaks and time to daydream in the hammock - it's all part of the creative process.Services include drop-in groups and private sessions for individuals and small groups, with support workers and clients welcome.

Sea 2 Sky Allies aims to provide support, education, and resources, as well as build community among parents, caregivers, and allies of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and families.

The Q+ Crew is a peer support program for LGBTQ+ Immigrants, Refugees, and Racialized Canadians. We build belonging, connection, and support through activities, food, fun, and sharing information. We focus on developing skills for resilient mental health and navigating settlement journeys. Particpants also have access to free counselling sessions through Marigold Counselling.

Participants can access general community drop-in services for meals and other assistance as well. We also hold occasional community gathering events.

TransParent is a non-profit society developed by and for parents and caregivers of trans, gender diverse, and two-spirit people in the Okanagan. We host monthly facilitated in-person support meetings for parents, as well as family social events, guest speakers and educational opportunities. We also moderate and maintain a closed online support group and act as advocates on behalf of families. We provide educational workshops and speak to classes, organizations, and media. We maintain a lending library of books, videos, and other resources to support families.
