Uterus removal is a surgery that removes the uterus (usually including the cervix) and the fallopian tubes. Ovary removal removes one or both of the ovaries.

There are three gender-affirming, lower body surgeries that create a penis and scrotum (if desired): erectile tissue release, metoidioplasty and phalloplasty.

The aim of this group is to provide a space for peer support and community building for folks who are 2SLGBTQIA+, and are practicing or who are interested in ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and/or challenging normative relationships models.

A peer support gathering for trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, or otherwise gender-diverse folks exploring eating disorder recovery.This space is facilitated by trans and nonbinary people who have experienced eating disorders. Anyone who is part of this community and wants to explore their relationship with food or disordered eating is welcome. 

Peer support for trans adults accessing lower gender affirming surgery.

We provide free, confidential and voluntary support sessions for transgender youth aged 13 to 25 years and their parents. Separate sessions for parents and youth take place at the same location (different rooms) at the same time. Our aim is to provide youth and their family members with safe, supportive and open environments so they can receive much-needed emotional and practical support as they navigate this life transition.
