Trans + Loved Ones  provides a space where people who have a loved one in their life who is transitioning or trans, gender diverse, etc. indentified can meet and discuss the complexities and emotions involved with supporting their loved one in their transition journey. This is a safe space for both trans-identified folks and their loved ones (partners, parents, family, close friends, etc.) to share and speak about their experiences, and navigate their feelings while offering support to each other.Note: This group is facilitated by peers, not trained counsellors or mental health professionals.This group is intended for folks who are 18+ and currently living in B.C., but exceptions can be made if one "party" in the relationship is living elsewhere.

Monthly two-hour online support group (via Zoom) for trans men and non-binary people who have previously had bottom surgery (metoidioplasty or phalloplasty) or those who have a scheduled surgery date. This group has been created for members to share information and offer support and resources. You must be living in BC and be a trans man, non-binary or masculine-identified person to be approved for this group.

QCHAT provides free, confidential, virtual one to one support with trained 2SLGBTQIA+ peers and help with finding resources for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth across all of BC, ages 12 - 30. All identities are welcomed including those who are questioning; we don't turn anyone away. Parents and allies seeking information about how to support a 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in their life are also welcome to reach out to us.

Transgathering: Medical is a safer space for gender diverse and gender exploring folk to discuss medical transition. Discussion can revolve around surgery, hormones, hair removal, natural alternatives to medical transition, etc. Folks at all stages of their medical transition journey are welcome - whether they are yet to start, or hoping to share wisdom, resources, and experiences. Note: Transgathering: Medical is facilitated by peers. CQ recognizes that disability is an umbrella term that includes, but is not limited to: physical, sensory, senses, respiratory, cognitive, mental health, learning, temporary, episodic, invisible/non-evident, self-diagnosed, and more.CQ is a peer-facilitated support group. We aim to create a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can be themselves fully and openly without fear of judgement. We provide participants an opportunity to engage in an encouraging and caring environment, share personal stories/feelings, listen as others share their experiences, and learn coping strategies.
